Scott's race at Riverside
Speedway in Groveton, NH on May 28th was coming along fine until an aborted late race
restart found the #84 in a pile of cars along the back straight wall. What looked like a
top five finish turned into a 9th in a flash.
Time trials saw Scott time at a 12.746 for 16th. Heat 2 was better as the
#84 came home in second.

7th. By lap 130 Scott was in fourth and looking as strong as any other competitor. Then
came the restart with five to go.

took off and I was expecting the green. When I went under the flagstand, he was waving the
yellow. All three of us lifted and from fourth on back didnt."
I thought I heard green on the radio, but maybe not, said Mulkern.

idea when we all went flying down in the corner that everyone would be stopped. When I got
there, everyone was piling up. (more at Speed51.com HERE)
A trip to the pits for some bodywork and Scott was running the last five laps, but
the not up to speed with the car bent and vibrating. A ninth was the eventual finishing
